As required under Spanish consumer protection law, official complaint forms (“hojas oficiales de reclamaciones”) are available to any customer on request.

As an EU consumer, you can also submit a complaint through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
