Who operates this site
TONBŌRA is operated by Olga Makarevich, a sole trader (“autónoma”) registered in Valencia, Spain. N.I.E./tax registration details are available on request by emailing contacto@tonbora.com.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, and the order/payment details needed to process and ship it.
When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address only.
While you browse: your selected language and shipping region, stored as cookies so the site remembers your preference on your next visit.
Why we collect it and our legal basis
Order and delivery data is processed to fulfil the contract with you (deliver what you bought). Newsletter emails are processed on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Basic technical data (like the cookies above) is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in making the site work correctly.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum data needed with the logistics partners who consolidate and ship your order from Japan, the courier who delivers it to your locker, and the payment processor who takes your payment. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as Spanish tax law requires invoices to be retained (currently up to 5 years). Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
