1. Transparent Pricing Philosophy & Zero-Discount Model

TONBŌRA operates on the core principle of providing Japanese beauty at authentic Tokyo pharmacy retail prices without artificial markups. Consequently, our platform does not offer cart discounts. Affiliate promo codes (e.g. BEAUTY_TOKYO) grant 0% discount to buyers, serving strictly as unique tracking identifiers that allow followers to directly support the blogger's content creation.

2. Fixed CPA Commission (€2.50 per Validated Order)

Affiliates earn a flat rate commission of €2.50 for every completed, paid, and delivered order with a merchandise subtotal of €50.00 or more (excluding shipping fees, customs tariffs, and IOSS VAT). There is no cap on total earned commissions.

3. Digital Manifesto Content Creation (No Seeding Required)

TONBŌRA's affiliate framework is a pure digital CPA model requiring no physical product gifting or sample seeding. Affiliates are fully authorized to use TONBŌRA's official manifesto copy, website screenshots, and brand assets to create video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and blogs.

4. 14-Day Holding Period & Fraud Protection

Recorded commissions remain in 'Pending' status for a mandatory 14-calendar-day holding window following physical package collection at delivery lockers. If an order is cancelled or refunded under statutory EU consumer rules, the commission is voided.

5. Minimum Payout Threshold (€50.00) & Payment Methods

The minimum threshold to request commission payouts is €50.00 (accumulated from 20 validated €2.50 orders). Payouts are remitted monthly via SEPA EUR bank transfer from the registered Autónomo account or verified PayPal.

6. Buyer Anonymization & GDPR Compliance

Under EU GDPR (2016/679), buyer identities are completely protected. Affiliates receive zero access to customer names, emails, phone numbers, or delivery addresses. The affiliate dashboard displays aggregated metrics only.

7. Mandatory Ad Disclosures (#Ad) & Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates must visibly label promotional posts using #Ad or #Affiliate tags. Search engine Brand Bidding on 'TONBŌRA' (e.g., Google Ads PPC), spamming, and unauthorized medical claims are strictly prohibited and ground for instant account termination.
