Terms and conditions of service

1. Legal Framework and Buy-on-Behalf Agency Model

These Terms govern the proxy purchasing agent services provided by OLGA MAKAREVICH (Autónomo registered with the Spanish Tax Agency - AEAT, Tax ID N.I.E. Z0725291Z, Valencia, Spain, Official Email: purchasing@tonbora.com). TONBŌRA operates strictly as a buy-on-behalf agent under a mandate contract.

2. Transparent Pricing, Destination VAT (IOSS), and EU Flat Customs Duty

The total checkout price is guaranteed with 0 € unexpected fees upon delivery. It includes net item JPY-EUR cost, agency proxy fee (~€2.50), international air freight, destination EU VAT via IOSS, and the fixed EU customs duty / flat customs fee of €3.00 per unique Harmonized System tariff line (HS Code).

3. Automatic Basket Split Protocol (€150 IOSS Threshold)

Orders exceeding €150 are automatically split into multiple sub-packages (< €150 each) with individual IOSS declarations, ensuring instant customs clearance.

4. Last-Mile Locker Delivery (InPost / CTT Express) & Insurance

Deliveries use commercial automated lockers (InPost Punto Pack, CTT Express, DHL Packstation). Correos España is strictly excluded. TONBŌRA Full Cover Insurance (5%) guarantees a 100% refund or reshipment.
